Regesta collects only the information you volunteer through the walkthrough request form: your name, work email, agency, role, and note. It is used to respond to you and schedule the walkthrough, nothing else.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure used to store and respond to your request. Ask and we delete it.
Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements: client mail stays in the client's own mailboxes, records live in the client's own environment, and access is revocable from the client's side at any time.
